news

Walter Bollier, founding member and board member of the Dream Catcher Foundation, has unfortunately resigned at the end of 2023 after 14 years. We would like to thank him very much for his many years of valuable service and wish him only the best for his new phase of life.

Fortunately, his son Martin will fill this gap. Together with our sons Lauro and Gino Brändli and Sandra Städler, we will expand and rejuvenate the board of trustees.

We look forward to continuing on our chosen path together with them.

(New team photos and information will follow in February 2024)

Unfortunately at the moment we do not have any further projects, in Vietnam, as our local partners (Weather Foundation) are ending their involvement due to their age. But we will continue to work on it and will definitely find a new solution soon.

Our latest project regarding Myanmar is the construction of a KSN learning center with an office, for refugee children from Myanmar in the border town of Mae Sot in Thailand.

We are building a new school building in collaboration with the Childs Dream Foundation in Myanmar. (Unfortunately, construction could not start yet due to the unrest in Myanmar...)

Unfortunately our fourth project in Myanmar was affected by an attack of the military junta and had to be closed. More information and photo on the Project page.
